 Robert Brown is nationally renowned for his clean, classic interiors that meld luxurious finishes and furnishings with a mix of contemporary art and antiques to create rooms that are layered, timeless, and refined. Known for his sophisticated style, and with a keen eye for craftsmanship and detail, Bob Brown designs signature homes for a discerning international clientele. After a distinguished career career in the men’s fashion industry, Brown now turns his focus on creating well-tailored and highly edited interiors for his clients, as well as curating the inventory for his shop, Townhouse and Mr. Brown’s Bar.

Bob Brown was named Southeastern Designer of the Year by Veranda magazine, and he has accumulated more than twenty American Society of Interior Design (ASID) awards, including the distinguished President’s Award. Brown has participated in numerous prestigious show houses throughout the country, including the Kips Bay Show Houses in both New York and Palm Beach, the Southeastern Showhouse & Gardens in Atlanta, the Hamptons Show House, the Napa Show House, and many others. Additionally, Brown regularly consults with various design-related businesses, and is a frequent industry speaker.

Brown’s shop, Townhouse, holds a vast inventory from his travels that includes a mix of contemporary art and sculpture, European antiques, mid-century modern furniture, and decorative arts. Mr. Brown’s Bar is a department of Townhouse that features classic and vintage bar ware and bar accessories.
